Made a trip to my LNS---Stitchville with my friend Jackie to see all of the new designs from Nashville Market.
I brought these items home. Blackbird Designs book--For My Friend, LHN and Shakespeare's Peddlers --A Stitcher's Heart and Gentle Stitches pillow and Shepherds Bush--All Seasons Scissors Fob. I would have like to bring home more, but I thought I would save some for another time. Besides you can only stitch so much and I have more stash than I have life left!!!Can't wait to get started on these designs though.
I started this project from BBD's book--A Stitcher's Journey. I had stitch this as a model for BBD and knew I would want one for myself. So I started this one on Monday and finished it last night (sorry about the wrinkles). It was stitched on 30 count parchment with DMC threads. It was a quick and fun stitch.
I went to my frame stash and found this frame. Stopped at Menard's for the handles and hopefully with hubby's help with turn this into a tray looking frame. Stop by in a couple of days and see how it turns out:)
