Annual County Fair Winners!!!

My daughter Kelsey and I took some stitching pieces to the Washington County Fair.
Here are the results:

First up is Heartstring Samplery's---For Spacious Skies.
Both Kelsey and I were so surprised to see that it not only won 1st place but
Reserve Champion!!!  We both did the happy dance.

This is Threadwork Primitives---Where Liberty Dwells.
This one also won a 1st place ribbon.

Here are two Blackbird Design projects---Down in the Valley and Lady Liberty.
Two more first place winners!!

There are three framed pieces in this picture.  Second from the right is Plum Street Sampler's--Count Twice Stitch Once which took 4th place.  The next one is Plum Street Sampler's---My Brother's Keeper which took 1st place.  That piece is to the right of Count Twice Stitch Once on the top row.It was hard to get a closer picture of it.  I will have to post it again when I get it home.

Here is the third piece which is Kathy Barricks--Good Intentions.
This one made 4th place.

This is the last piece I entered.  It is BBD's Noel stocking.
You can't see it very well but it took 4th place.
So I didn't do to bad.  I am quite happy with my ribbons.

Now this piece the Ouija board is my daughter Kelsey's. She won
a 2nd place ribbon.

Here is the stocking Kelsey entered, which also received a 2nd place ribbon.
Kelsey did very well being that this is the first time she ever entered anything.

We are both very happy with our ribbons!!!
Now on to the State Fair in August:)
