OUCH.......

I don't usually blog about this kind of mishap but I felt I needed to share this.


Here is what your ankle looks like with a moderate sprain. I twisted my ankle this morning just stepping out side my front door. I will have to say this hurt like crazy. I didn't have this much pain birthing six children!!!!!


So after a trip to the clinic, some ice, 800mg of ibuprofen and this handy air cast plus elevation in my stitchy chair I am feeling better:)

Guess I will be doing some more stitching!!!

Are you a dumn girl? It looks so painful. Oh well, you are definitely going to get some quality stitching time in now. Get on those bargellos...I will be checking on you!

Hope that your ankle heels fast but if you are like I was lastyear that took ten months until I could walk without a limp..Hope you are younger than 60. Do NOT get discouraged...

Ouch is right. For a time, seemed as if I was twisting my bad ankle all the time. I know your pain. Enjoy your enforced stitching time!
